Alkimia Yoga
My yoga journey began in 2009 in Mexico City, and in 2017, I deepened my dedication to the practice by completing my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. Since then, I’ve continued to evolve through training with diverse international teachers, expanding my perspective and enriching my teachings. My core foundation lies in the Ashtanga Vinyasa System, with a deep focus on anatomical precision and spiritual alignment.
I hold certifications from Yoga Alliance (YA), Instituto Mexicano de Yoga (IMY), Berufsverband der Yogalehrenden in Deutschland/European Yoga Union (BDY/EYU), and Yoga Circle Berlin Academy (YCBA).
I am committed to creating an inclusive space where every person feels welcome and valued. I actively pursue education on anti-racism, social justice, and inclusion, integrating these principles into my classes to foster a supportive, diverse environment.
I’ve taught yoga in a variety of settings—from yoga studios and retreats to corporate offices, gyms, festivals, night clubs, art spaces and online events. I’ve also had the opportunity to teach as a guest instructor in Yoga Teacher Trainings.
I offer yoga in German, English, and Spanish, with an emphasis on detailed alignment, fluid movement, and variations for different bodies. In a world that often feels chaotic, I believe in the radical acts of care, encouraging students to find balance and nourishment through mindful practices.
