Vinyasa on a boat!

In this Vinyasa class, we will flow, balance, breathe, and release any tension, grounding ourselves with intention as we transition into the evening. Set against the beautiful backdrop of sunset over the lake, this practice will leave you feeling calm, centered, and ready to embrace the rest of your night.
When the weather is nice, we practice on the deck, surrounded by an urban oasis. If the weather isn’t on our side, we’ll move indoors to continue in a cozy, peaceful space.
Yoga & Savasana with Gong
This summer, join me for a special monthly yoga class on the deck of a boat. Practice yoga under the open sky and relax in savasana to the soothing sound of a gong.
Yoga & Meditation
Join me for practice by the riverside, in a cozy studio right next to the Spree River.
This class is designed to focus on becoming aware of the body. We begin with a centering exercise and slowly flow through various asanas that warm the whole body in a balanced and sustainable way, preparing us for meditation.
After the asana and pranayama practice, we meditate and conclude with a soothing savasana.
The meditation practice is always changing. Sometimes it is in silence, sometimes with music. Sometimes we sit for a long time, sometimes we meditate while moving. The goal is to explore the many ways meditation can be integrated into everyday life.
