Yoga on a Boat!
Set your intention for the day through an energising fluid practice to align your body and mind for what lies ahead.
In this morning class we will flow, balance, breathe and move some energy to carry our intention throughout the rest of the day.
Yoga & Savasana with Gong
Yoga & Meditation
This class is designed to focus on becoming aware of the body. We begin with a centering exercise and slowly flow through various asanas that warm the whole body in a balanced and sustainable way, preparing us for meditation.
After the asana and pranayama practice, we meditate and conclude with a soothing savasana.
The meditation practice is always changing. Sometimes it is in silence, sometimes with music. Sometimes we sit for a long time, sometimes we meditate while moving. The goal is to explore the many ways meditation can be integrated into everyday life.
